It happened just once that a cleaning staff changed the towels and forgot to replace some of them. Otherwise things are very good. Particularly the kindness and efficiency of your staff whatever the post position. Rooms are spacious (except the size of the shower, may be!). I greatly appreciate the complimentary tea , herbal tea and coffee every day. I usually come in your hotel once or two times a year nad I always had a very good stay.

The elevator and the corridor are depressed and old, the manager is not kind, she was rude and I was located in the 7th floor without a functional phone. The room was pragmatic and very clean but the shower is tiny. If to summarize: I paid more for you hotel and got less.

I used breakfast before end of January and I didn’t like fact -i went to breakfast room 45 minutes before breakfast ended but there was almost nothing to eat.It was a reason I didnt use breakfast service this time.

Very quiet and comfortable sleep with perfect quilt and mattress.Big room and very big wc great cabin for shower and goods for personal use.Great temperature in a while .Many thanks to mrs Nadia which is the most helpful person of all.Great person with a great communication skills ....and knowledge.He treats to all clients with a great respect always with smile....Thanks for all. Pleasant staying sure i will recommend it ...
